State and federal laws require that employers display certain workplace posters in a common area or a place where all employees can easily see them. If there is a hybrid of on-site and remote workers, Employers must continue to display the posters in the physical workspace and can choose to post them electronically too. You should review your posters yearly and update them if needed. Fines are associated with the failure to properly display the posters.

The first three federal posters must be available to applicants, like in the front lobby or interview room. As most interviewing is now done virtually, you must place the poster link where the job listing is posted, stating “Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws.”
Additionally, some local governments require additional workplace posters: Specific-City-and-Industry-Notices.pdf.
