Kyle W. Ohlenschlaeger


Kyle joined the firm in 2016 and has concentrated his practice on construction law, while also maintaining a broader complext litigation practice. Kyle’s construction clients include owners/developers, general contractors, specialty contractors in nearly every trade, suppliers, and design professionals. Kyle is a Board Certified Expert in construction law, recognized by the Florida Bar for his special knowledge, skills, and proficiency, as well as his repuation for professionalism, in this area of the law. Kyle has also been selected as a “Rising Star” in Construction law by Super Lawyers every year since 2019. Kyle takes a practical approach to representation for his clients resluting in efficient handling of matters, and favorable results.

Kyle resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and son. Kyle graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Finance, and with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014. Kyle is an avid boater and a Penn State alum and football fanatic, but spends the majority of his time outside the office involved in his son’s travel baseball team.
