Born and raised in Jupiter, Sarah concentrates her practice in employment law, including representing employers and executives in a wide range of issues, including wage and hour defense, EEOC defense, discrimination defense, hiring and termination, competition/non- solicitation agreements, and employee manuals. She is also a certified mediator. Sarah prides herself on business-driven counseling and dispute resolution.
Before joining the firm, Sarah worked for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges on complex whistleblower cases, workers’ compensation cases, and temporary labor certification appeals. She was the recipient of the Department of Labor, Secretary’s Honor Award, Willard Wirtz Legacy Award in 2022.
Sarah resides in Jupiter with her husband, daughter, and son.
