Lucia E. DeFilippo was a former Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Ft. Myers, FL, where she has tried 33 jury trials. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021. While in law school, she published two peer articles, was a member of Nova’s Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. Before law school, DeFilippo performed professionally as a ballerina in New York City, and internationally in Japan, Germany, and South Africa.
